Azalio, Inc. ("Azalio", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information you provide to us through the Azalio application, the Oscar AI platform, and our websites (together, the "Services").

Information collection

We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, name, email address, company name, job title, mobile phone number, and any other information you or your employer voluntarily provide when you use the Services or fill out a lead generation form on LinkedIn or any other platform.

Use of information

We may use the information collected to provide and secure access to the Services, to contact you regarding your interest in our products or services, to deliver the notifications you or your employer have configured, to customize your experience, and for other business purposes.

Mobile information and SMS messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS programs described below will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described here. We may share a mobile phone number with our SMS delivery provider strictly for the purpose of transmitting these messages on our behalf, and that provider is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not use mobile numbers or SMS consent for advertising, and we do not include promotional or marketing content in these messages.

What messages we send

Azalio sends only transactional and operational text messages:

• Account access messages. One-time PIN codes used to sign in to the Azalio mobile application, invitations to join an employer's account, and PIN resets requested by a user or their administrator.
• Workplace policy notifications. Where an employer uses our software to distribute a workplace policy document — for example an employee handbook or a harassment policy — we may text that employer's employees a personal link to review the document and record their acknowledgment, along with periodic reminders until they do so.
• Operational alerts. Where a manager has provided their mobile number in the application to receive operational alerts, we may text them when a monitored location shows a condition that requires attention during its posted business hours.
• Account and report notifications. Notifications a user or their employer has configured in the application.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

Consent

Where our Services are used by an employer, mobile phone numbers are provided to us by that employer from their own employment records, and the employer is responsible for notifying their personnel that these communications are sent by text message. Where a user enters their own mobile number in the application to receive alerts or to sign in, that entry constitutes their consent to receive the messages described above.

Opting out

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hi@oscar.ai.

Message frequency varies with your organization's configuration. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclosure of information

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

This does not apply to mobile phone numbers or SMS consent, which are never shared for marketing purposes — see Mobile information and SMS messaging above.

Data security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access it.

Third-party links

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Your consent

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
