Azalio is an early-stage startup on a bold mission to change the future of work for front-line workers. We are a highly motivated team that recently closed a funding round of $2M. Our software currently solves workforce management and retention problems for small and medium retail businesses across the US. We work with customers like Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Susie Qs and other franchises. Everyone on our team is passionate about improving the experiences of the business owners, managers and employees we work with. Role Overview:

  • Actively grow and manage our pipeline to reach customer acquisition and revenue targets
  • Teach prospective customers about Azalio by conducting demos, answering questions
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Own the hiring and managing of all future sales representatives

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in sales or business development
  • Familiarity with customer management processes and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Dedication to maintaining high customer success standards
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
